First and Last. Terrible cleanliness. Slippery bathroom floor and wall and crocoes. Please before promoting in such traveloka platform make sure the units are well maintenanced.

Booked the unit after seeing the room tour video, but in fact it is very far from the real condition. Check out promptly after seeing the unit that is very dirty. No air conditioner in the room, only in the main room. Everything is dirty. They were offer me to replace the unit with others but after seeing it, others also in the same condition. Seems the unit never been cleaned. This is kind of scammer sice the picture being shown way far different with the real condition.

I have paid advance before check in however, the rooms was not as per description. There are total of 4 people and I have to request additional bed.

Oh, fake pictures, once I saw the real spooky room. Spooky lift, I quickly decided to leave as soon as possible, and moved quickly to other hotel. Very disappoint, I really want my money back.

Not clean, ac only one in the bedroom and the living room no ac. Used towel still at the bathroom, leftovers still there from previous guess.
