Hotel located in city centre, hotel ambience is so good, Room cleanliness is good, Staff service is responsive and Friendly. We stay only one night at suite room with one double bed and one single bed for Family holiday. This hotel have a ballroom for wedding party and I think this hotel have a few meeting room. And this hotel also had swimming pool facilities. I'm so happy for stay in this hotel. Thank you West Point

1. The room is dusty (in the cabinet, bed, mirror, etc) 2. Only get 2 pillows without bolster. 3. Only 1 out of 3 lamps in bathroom that still working. The rest are faulty. For 4 stars hotel with rate 750k/night, this is not worth the money at all.

It was good to stay at this hotel. The location is pretty close to cimahi, to the center of bandung city and it is near Paskal Hypersquare Mall. The breakfast buffet is so so but not worth the price though. The facility for your kids such as ride on toys and the swimming pool is great. The bedroom is not that clean but the services are great. I think I will consider West Point as my preference for future vacation to bandung.

Kami sampai jam 10mlm, lobbynya gelap, entah kenapa tdk semua lampu dinyalakan, mgkn mau hemat listrik, tp jd creepy. Masuk ke kamar disambut serangga/baby kecoa sepertinya, dan di bawah meja kerja juga ada, saat mau tdr di dekat kasur jg ada. Can't stand for another night here. Pagi² d kamar mandi jg ada. Jd kebersihannya bener² kurang, bener² hours diperhatikan supaya guest tdk kapok. Sarapannya standar. Kita cari sarapan lain di luar hotel jadinya.

The room is spacious and clean. The hot water in tue shower is also good, but I had the worst breakfast experience here. Not many options of food, looked plain and the worst part was they were not ready with the refill. Better choose to stay in this hotel with no brrakfast.
