1. Ketika request take away breakfast, petugasnya ngga langsung helpful, nolak dulu dia bilang, “kita sudah ready semua makanannya, paling kalau mau bungkus, roti aja” ya walaupun akhirnya ttp dibungkusin sih rotinya. 2. Ketika saya bilang bayar laundrynya saat check out saja, yang antar blg nanti diinfokan ke pihak receptionist (udah tau sih kalo via app pasti diminta bayar langsung karena ngga ada deposit). Yang paling ngga enakin, saya lagi sholat di kamar, telepon berdering terus”an sampai 2x TELEPON, sampai kamar saya diketuk sama petugas laundry seakan” saya akan maling! Petugas yello belum pernah ikut pelatihan service quality kali ya. Etika bertelepon 3x dering tidak diangkat saja harusnya matikan teleponnya. S. Service Quality Specialist Bank Himbara.

Yello S*h, Thank you for sharing your experiences with us and other visitors. We are very sad to know that you did not have a pleasant experience when staying at Yello Hotel Jambi. We have explored the things you mentioned in this review, the first thing regarding laundry is that the SOP applied is that when our crew comes to the room and knocks on the door (or presses the bell) there is no answer so the next thing to do is call the room. We apologize if this moment is not appropriate because it coincides with the time you are praying. The second thing is when you ask for take away breakfast. We have tried to trace this back and did not get a report of Mr/Mrs requesting take away breakfast the night before. And we get information when you come to the Wok n Tok restaurant when our breakfast menu is ready. Once again we apologize if our Facebook crew's delivery was not pleasing to you. Lastly, we hope that we will be given the opportunity to welcome you again at Yello Hotel Jambi at another time. Be Cool & Stay Yello, Rama Pratama-Hotel Manager.
