It’s really bad. The smell is bad. The motorcycle is also bad. Service is quite bad. The air conditioner is not cold. I called for repairing it but he said the air conditioner is old, what? So we decided to move out and stayed another hotel. They didn’t say anything for any compensate.

Poor Wi-Fi, TV is not working, air conditioner is very old. Breakfast is not good quality and quantity.

It was the cheapest hotel on the island of Koh LAN. The biggest minus is a very hard bed. We tried to sleep for 2 or 3 hours. Good location. Near the cafe and pier.

The shower was constantly dripping and leaking water from the tap and the shower head. The TV remote doesn't work and when the TV was switched on the TV doesn't work, there is only stripes across the screen. There is also no water heater, therefore we had to shower with cold water. We booked for 3 days but nobody comes to clean the room, make the bed and place fresh towels, new water, toilet paper in the room. Really disappointed with this booking.

Our room is on the 2nd floor; it's big, with balcony overviewing Pattaya city which is romantic sight and a little view of the ocean. During the day the aircon is not enough to cool the room. No heater but it's ok with us and toilet is little bit clogged but it seems to be ok on the following day.
