My third visit to Awann, This hotel has been one of our favourite hotel whenever we come and visit Semarang. Even though it has limited parking space but concierge team has always been very helpful in arranging valet service. Room and bed has generous size, good breakfast options, clean bathroom with the best rainshower.

Proses Check In&Check Out Cepat, KT & km bersih, Nyaman & Design KamarNya Keren Banget! Sandal cm di sediakan 1 pasang saja. WiFi Lancar. Dekat dgn Mall & Lawang Sewu, cari makan tinggal jalan saja. Breakfast Bervariasi, Taste Lumayan Enak. Saran saja, untuk menu AyamNya 2hr ini yg paha bawah slalu tdk matang &. Msh ada darahNya. Pelayanan smua Staff Ramah&Sigap. Parkiran Mobil 2hr ini nggak pernah dapat, jadi selalu Valet. Sya akan kembali menginap di sini klo ke Semarang lg. Thank you awann Sewu🙏😊

Plusnya: kamar, kebersihan, dan fasilitas untuk anak-anak mantap. Minusnya: sarapan restaurant kureng, akses menuju lokasi hotel macet dan hanya satu arah.

Really enjoy my stay here! The room was clean, eventhough a bit small. Breakfast was delicious! You should try the gudeg! The only minus point for me is the access to hotel. When the next door mall was crowded, it took us almost 20minutes to enter the road to hotel. Other than that, I'm recommending awann sewu!

Check in is super fast and easy. The bed is large and comfy, even though the room is not very spacious. We were comfortable for their services, cleanliness and fast response! Oh, too bad the drop off lobby has a quite complicated narrowed turn round.

It 's OK. Can hear sound from the lift. Maybe management can turn off sound of lift arriving on each level. Else is fine.
