The room is amazing. My last visit, I got the pool view. This one with the road view. I recommend the pool view room if you stay here as they have tranquil atmosphere and balcony with unique view of vertical garden.

3 Malam stay di sini, tp sprei ga di ganti samsek ada noda kuning di blanket jd kita ngeh itu sprei yg sm sejak awal dtng. Pdhl sdh pesan saat keluar kita mau make up our bedroom. Terus sy dapeti. Bnyk semut kecil di sprei sm sekitar tempat tidur. Bikin gatal dan tidur ga nyaman. Air minum hanya hour pertm tersedia, slnjut ny dibiarin kosong. Kopi dan teh jg. Ga di reffil. Tisyu jg ga di reffil. 3 mlm stay dibiarin aj tuh semua, sarapan jg tidak variatif, itu2 aj menu yg sm selama 3hr, smp pas hour terakhir dapetin bule yg srpn bareng kita ngamuk2 krn di kasih mkn itu2 aj, akhir ny ad yg wakilin kita marah 😂 hour ke 2 mau titip mkn an sm resepsionist ny bt di freezer jg d tolak, alasan full, eh pas cb nitip ke yg lain diterima. Dan bisa kok. Aneh. Plus nya disini air mandi hangat fungsi, sm ad hair dryer dan mini bar. Sisa nya zonk. Will be not coming again. Tks.

Hotelnya ga terawat dengan baik, lorong lorong menuju kamar sangat kotor dan menyeramkan. Kamar mandi juga kotor dan bau, kloset seperti tidak dibersihkan dengan baik. Staff kurang ramah dan cenderung cuek. Sudah coba komplain perihal kebersihan kamar mandi dan ruangan tp kurang responsible.

That was my worst stay in Bali ever. We got a quite affordable price about Rp325.000 a night, for just 1 night transit, but never expect this condition. Even, other cheaper budget hotel in Bali have better condition. The room is so humid, with many dirty spots, AC dripping all the time, and stinky. We got many mosquitos and sticky floor. Please kindly improve your service, you need a deep cleaning

Less maintenance, the strong reason we stay here because of the location. Its easy to everywhere, seminyak petitenget even canggu. You can check on photo: moldy hanger, dusty windows, dirty patterned floor, dirty bathroom especially in shower, dirty refrigerator etc. I stayed in room 611 near the lift, all day long I heard the sound of the Lift going up and down. I checked in late, around 5 pm, the receptionist was very unfriendly, looked tired and didn't smile, the man wore glasses, didn't recognize his name because he didn't use a name tag. Hopefully you can improve it better
