Hampir tiap tahun selalu menginap disini, pengalaman saya untuk hotel ini overall bagus, namun bisa perhatikan kembali terkait kebersihan pada sarung bantal serta bau rokok yang bisa masuk ke kamar hotel, so far so good 👌🏼.

Klo mau pesan lg high season lbh baik di cantumin mau single atau tein bed, klo enggak bisa di downgrade kamarnya, krn kehabisan tipe twin bednya. Dan option down grade itu gak dpt kompensasi extra bed.

Location gampang ke mana2, airport deket, harga murah dgn quality hotel yg bagus. Despite of old model hotel, kamar ada semut, dan rasa makanannya agak kureng.

Repot, kunci cm satu tp tiap kali naik lift harus pakai kunci kamar. Kamar cukup luas. Air panas kurang berfungsi. Sarapan menu nya cukup tp rasa biasa aja. Tp ada ice cream cone loh!

Stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room. Air-conditioning is not cold until 5 a. M. Stains on bed sheets. Drinking water is from the dispenser and God knows what kind of water that is. The car park was small and full when we arrived. Parking valet was provided but we do not trust the valet. One good point, that the hotel is in a good location. Overall, it's not a good experience staying there.

We came at around 10 PM, they said that my booking is full (I booked 1 double & 1 single for my daughter), the available room is only 1 double. They said the reason is I did not write any note in the app! I believe they give it to other since we came late! Our room is at 7th floor, the wall paint corridor is falling apart in the carpet & smelly. The room is bad, I mean it is not clean, the bed sheet, pillow cover, bugs are inside the room, AC isn't cold. I slept on the sofa cause off course the bed is not fit for 3 of us! When I want to make a coffee, there is a lipstick mark remain on the cup! (I took the pictures). Beside the hotel near Simpang Lima, there is no other advantage I see on this hotel!
