Plataran is very nice, the staff were friendly too. Nice ambience, good food (breakfast, in room dining, all good). The location is very strategic too at the heart of ubud. I would love to be back and stay longer.

The hotel is located in the central of Ubud, near to Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace etc, they have rice field view and the hotel itself is very artistic with Balinese touch. Surely will come back and stay there again.

Service was good. Location was great. But parts of the hotel (especially the interior) seem starting to show some age. I think the hotel needs some renovations. 🙏.

One of the best locations in Ubud. Staff really helpful and supportive (including one piece of stuff that remain after check out, which they sent to my next hotel in Bali :), thanks a lot Bli Wibi and team) Breakfast was awesome.

My room is the only occupied room in the hotel, the others is empty. But... the staff still handle us good. Nothing is reduced. The service was good, the food’s taste was good, gym still open for us, other activities still running for us if we want. Well, everything was good. They really show me 5 star service

The spa is excellent. However, there are more to be corrected. Below should not have happened in a resort of Plataran level. 1. Mattress was two twins combined into one king but the mattress was already short in the middle so when I slept, I fell into the middle not able to move freely. Already reported to the front desk but no action, no comment, only smile. I expected at least they checked the mattress but nothing happened. 2. No body lotion provided. "Plataran standard?" 3. Only rain shower works. No maintenance? 4. Walking from room to receptionist without help. Help was offered too late. No procedure except "hello and smile"? 5. Front desk asked the same questions again after issues were reported twice in two different times to two different staffs (second night and upon checking out). No complaint records made? 6. Thinner can be smelt in the air. Even water in my tap smelt like thinner. There was some maintenance and renovation using thinner that might go to the water source. Please Plataran check if the thinner is stored and disposed properly to save the environment. 7. Field staffs seemed more genuine than front desk people. Need more training on hospitality 8.
