The AC did not work properly in the room so I felt like sleeping in Sauna for a night. I changed the room the next day to the 1st Floor with better AC. This need a serious attention to the management for the comfortable stay and guest experience.

Bad internet connection, AC did not work properly and breakfast was not prepared/delivered if I did not ask for it. Also the complimentary bottled water were not provided daily so I have to ask for it.

the bathroom is really dirty and the floors are dusty. my room is cramped so i can't move easily. I had already added special request for early check in but they didn't give me room until 12.00. I reported my check in problem and they said the rooms are full. the truth is the room was available and I was offered to pay extra money for early check in for the same room. my breakfast was taken to my room and I didn't have any choices. they served small portion of lontong (rice cake with coconut milk) and tea. I don't recommend this hotel. very bad.

The place quite nice. Room is clean. Pretty strategist for the location. Near to Plaza Medan Fair, Brastagi Supermarket, Bolu Meranti (Pusat nya), Medan Napoleon, Ucok Durian, Pusat Oleh Oleh Khas di Jl Mojopahit, Cafes, Restaurants (Fast Food and Padang). Choose room at 2nd floor for better WiFi signal.
