Room clean and design is out of the box. The parking are quiet far if walking and not yet. Concrete so when raining will be an issue. The location is good and hospitality of the hotel crew is good.

Overall the room was pretty. But the cleanliness really need some extra work.

Such an awful stay! The hotel was dirty, the staffs weren't friendly and lazy. I started to feel how suspicious the hotel was since I stepped foot into the elevator. What they said about newly renovated was not true at all. More like a newly abandoned instead. Even on the second day after I let the housekeeper to help us clean the room, it looked like it wasn't clean. Even the glasses we had used before still stayed in the same place and position. And don't even tell me how loud and noisy everything was, it wasn't sound-proofed at all. Highly unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Such a big SCAM! Don't trust the pictures they have put on. You don't want to check out early because of how uncomfortable the hotel was like I did. I checked out two days earlier from the initial check-out time.🙄

I booked the suite, they do Fast check in, clean room, theres no hairdryer because its broken, but called the room service and they give us another hairdryer. No parking on premises, but the valet is good and fast.

The room is dirty and moldy. Very nice receptionist but the cleanliness of the room is bad.

Although the room is pretty aesthetically, basic functional are poorly designed. 1) toilet and shower are on opposite of the room. 2) The shower has nowhere to hang clothes & put shower gel & shampoo except the window ledge, which risk exposal 3) bed too close to the toilet. 4) faint urinal smell near the area where water is placed 5) thin walls 6) old & breaking down toilet accessories.

Good enough for staycation and they have a rooftop Cafe too. It's cozy place and the food is delicious too. I like the design and also the effectivity of their pantry in the corner of the lane, the access is easy. Even though in the first I have a trouble AC and Hair dryer but the Engineer is quickly help and fix it.

The hotel is just so so, hopes it could be cleaner. Staff is nice though.

Overall is a nice to stay if you only need a place to sleep. The maintenance & cleanliness of the room could be improved though, I found my feet easily dirty since it is old wood parquet. The shower provide no hot water. The staff is really nice & friendly. Since I visit Bali for business I do not know hotel facilities condition. Great for those looking for nice & budget hotel. Location is good as well only 1 km walks to petitenget beach.
