When I first arrived, the security guard directed me to the villa. The security was very friendly and helpful.
I stayed in the Quebec type. The villa was spacious, with a gazebo, a fish pond, and a small grassy field. However, the villa was a bit dirty, with yellow water. There was only one bathroom (there were 3 bathrooms) had a water heater. There was a bathtub, but it couldn't be used because it didn't have a cover. There was no magic com, and there were no towels so I had to ask the receptionist for one. The curtains were a bit worn and didn't cover all the windows, so I had to find a way to cover them myself. When I was there, a new villa was under construction, so it was a bit uncomfortable because there was a lot of dust and lots of construction workers. The swimming pool was too small for the spacious area and room. The water was a bit murky, probably because there was no water filter and it was covered in dust from the construction.
When I checked out, there was a problem with the towel problem. They said there was one towel missing, so I was stuck at the reception waiting for the staff to find one. The staff said that one towel was missing so I had to pay 150,000 rupiah in compensation, but I went back to the villa to look for the towel but ended up finding it so I didn't have to pay for the towel. The staff wasn't very thorough.

Could not running well the Youtube on Televion (TV), It needs to upgrade new TV with new Technology like Android TV or Google TV.
The speed internet is limited, if some smartphones connected, the laptop which connected to share youtube on TV stopped.

I have stayed here several times, the staff are responsive, the hotel area facilities are very good, the room area is clean and the standard equipment in the kitchen is very helpful. Currently the hotel is undergoing renovations and I hope there will be rejuvenation in the old units because in several km the toilet and shower are problematic. But it is all covered by the beautiful view and comfortable environment.

Comfortable hotel, staycation in a clean lagoon room with mountain views and direct access to the pool.
The food is better on the à la carte menu than the breakfast buffet.

The facilities are great, the views are great, and although the road to the resort is a bit uphill, it's a great place for a family vacation. There's also a small grocery store nearby, and the fried food is delicious, hehe. If I get the chance, I'd love to vacation here again, God willing.

Friendly hotel staff, very helpful for check in. Comfortable and clean hotel room, we stayed in Lava Deluxe room type, this room was newly built so the smell of wall paint could still be felt. To get to the hotel room we occupied, there were many stairs that had to be passed, not friendly for disabled or elderly. But it is very nice to see the mountain view from the lobby. For breakfast, it is less varied, for additional breakfast price for adults 60 thousand and children 30 thousand.

Best resort! Friendly staff, complete facilities, super duper clean rooms, great view especially at night to see the city lights, close to cafes and tourist attractions, good road access not too far from the highway, fast Wi-Fi, smart lock and smart TV. Will definitely come back to stay there.
