Handuk belum siap saat check in, sabun tidak ada, colokan cuma ada satu padahal butuh minimal 2 buat TV sama STB, gak rekomen deh.

Actually it's an old hotel, and changed its name with repairs in repainting. However, the atmosphere changed drastically, to be more fun and enjoyable. When I checked in, the AC was hot, but when I complained, I was immediately upgraded to a wider room and filled with a fridge. Overall a very pleasant and satisfied stay at the Sans Sunset Point Hotel.

The rooms are big and the location is strategic, looking for food is easy, only the bathroom is a bit dark but the service of the hotel staff is good and friendly.

According to the price, the hotel is Kenya Uda Lama. For facilities, it's still ok, there is air conditioning, coffee, a sink, a cupboard, but because it's been a long time, the sink is a bit wobbly but a good thing is the receptionist is friendly and the service is good, until they are delivered to the room.

The sheets are dirty, the bathroom drains for a long time, it's scary, maybe this type of room hasn't been ordered yet so it looks like it's not well maintained 😔.

Staff not friendly. Towel ga ready must be requested. (Both the initial room and the room after I moved) The second day the water died. Sorry but still pooping. I went to the receptionist, he said the toren had run out. I asked the incharge, he said I don't know because it's not my job. So I asked who? You should be able to monitor things like that if the water runs out or not (especially in the morning) people must have activities and so on. The point is I went downstairs to find the receptionist had not washed 🥹. And the room on the side or front I even wanted to go to the airport in a hurry so it couldn't be fast because the water was dead. They gave a solution for me to move rooms with stacking things again and conditions that haven't been washed 🥹. TV broadcasts are low signal so we watch TV not optimally halting.
