Second stay at this place but chose to stay at the collection club. The room is huge, accommodating my parents and I. The staff are super friendly and will definitely be returning again. Thank you Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur team 😌

Staff - friendly, courteous, polite, gave late check out. Room - spacious, clean, new, modern, smells good, aircon was abit loud tho. Bathroom - clean, has a cool drinking pipe, luxury soaps, no shaver/lotion/combs provided tho. Breakfast - good variety, cheese board was excellent, donut stand was cool. Area - 5 minutes walk to lot 10 and pavilion

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Even though we booked 2 double rooms, staff allocated a connecting room for us upon knowing that we are a family. Breakfast was great too with many selection and delicious food. Facilities were very new too but there were some hazards on the flooring of the swimming pool.

It was a very wonderful stay, spending my 3 days night at ParkRoyal collection. The room is huge with the newest samsung 55 inch TV. The view is amazing and the amenities are good. It took about only 5 minutes to Bukit Bintang and 10 minutes to Alor street food. Love the goose down comforter as well as the pillows. I'm willing to comeback next time I visit Kuala Lumpur.

We stayed for 3 nights, and to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We didn't know that what we booked was a twin bedroom, but for the record we had written that we needed a double bed. But unfortunately they have booked us with twin beds.:-) But that's okay, we found the bedroom to be quite clean, overall, with a good view of the city. But in some small spaces in the toilet, there is some dirt. And the wardrobe is also not clean. We have tried the breakfast, but there is not enough variety of food for a 5 star hotel class. For location, this is the best location at Bukit Bintang, in front of Sungei wang plaza and others many mall.
