•Guests who have made bookings in this period are allowed to change their reservations to a later date or receive a refund for cancellation, according to Vinpearl’ s policy.
•Guests who planned to book a stay at Vinpearl including Vietnamese and foreigners arriving from overseas need to
Provide health certificates proving they are free of Covid-19 virus, issued by health authorities of Vietnam or originating countries within 2 days prior to departure date, or medical certificates of completion of 14-day quarantine period in Vietnam issued by Vietnam authorities.
Guests who can not provide the documents as mention above, will be required to sign an agreement to commit to the quarantine period of 14 days at Vinpearl. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Government of Vietnam, before commencing the period of stay previously booked. All costs associated with the quarantine period are paid for by guests. Vinpearl have the right to refuse guests who do not sign the quarantine agreement and will issue the refund where applicable.
•Following the order of the Government of Vietnam to temporarily close entertainment zones from March 24, 2020, VinWonders Nam Hoi An will stop receiving visitors until further notice; VinWonders Nha Trang, Phu Quoc & Safari Phu Quoc will stop receiving outside visitors and only receive guests staying at Vinpearl hotels who wish to visit the parks during their stay.

Đi ngay dịp lễ nên hơi đông. Bãi biển không đẹp bằng bên resost and spa. Sóng nhiều và có đá. Villa đẹp sạch sẽ, service ok, nhân viên thân thiện. Nếu không đặt 3 bữa thì nên ăn ở nhà hàng H5 sẽ ngon hơn, không nên gọi món về phòng khá dở.

Nhìn chung thì mọi thứ cũng như bữa trước ở Vin Phú Quốc. Chỉ có một điểm trừ nhỏ là lúc từ đảo về lại đất liền là không có nhân viên xếp vali lên tàu cho khách như lúc đi từ đất liền ra đảo. Còn lại mọi thứ đều Ok.

Điều đáng tiếc nhất là app không cis gói combo (Khách sạn, Khu vui chơi, 3 bữa ăn buffet) nên trọn gói của tôi tính ra đắt hơn rất nhiều nếu mua ở các tour du lịch bên ngoài. Nếu tương lai bên app có những goia tích hợp như vậy, tôi sẽ không do dự mà chọn app 😊
