Within 30 minutes, you will reach Damar Toba from Silangit Airport when you arrive or at Silangit Airport from Damar Toba when you return.

With various main scenic destinations on Lake Toba, such as Sipinsur or Huta Ginjang that can be reached in less than 60 minutes from Damar Toba, as well as the availability of Ferry services from Balige Harbor to Onan Runggu Harbor on Samosir Island, Damar Toba can also be a strategic hub for your tourist activities on the Lake Toba. Opening in early January 2022, Damar Toba serves staying guests and walk-in visitors with a combination of restaurant and lakeside event space facilities.

As boutique accommodation, Damar Toba has six compact-designed double-bed bedrooms measuring 18m2, all with lake views. Each room is equipped with a Smart-TV with a subscription to Netflix and Vidio, an in-room LAN port with 15 mbps internet, a USB charger, a safe for a 15-inch laptop, a water kettle, AC, and central water heater, and each room has a long work desk next to the window overlooking Lake Toba. Wi-Fi hot spots are available throughout the property, and all rooms are non-smoking.

Damar Toba serves international and Asian food and drinks in addition to Damar Signatures, a modern rendition of Batak Toba cuisine. The restaurant's capacity is more than 350 seats, divided into several lakeside open spaces, inner courtyards shaded by a large banyan tree, and a number of buildings. Damar Toba provides various choices of atmospheres to enjoy our signature dishes with stunning views of Lake Toba from a number of sides.

Operational hours for the Front Office and Restaurant are from 07.00 to 22.00, with 24-hour security officers supported by CCTV monitoring in most parts of the property.
