1. Security Check Process:

To ensure public safety, guests entering Chimelong Spaceship must undergo security checks. Please take the initiative to open your carry-on luggage and cooperate with the security check. For security reasons, we may deny guests access to certain items. It is strictly prohibited to bring the following items into the park: flammable and explosive items, dangerous chemicals, animals (except working dogs), wheeled play equipment, food with pungent odors, camping push/pull carts, trailers, three-wheeled or less strollers, and luggage carts with child seats.

Other prohibited items: wheeled transport vehicles, baby strollers exceeding 110cm in length by 80cm in width, suitcases exceeding 56cm by 36cm by 23cm (20 inches), wheeled coolers, toy guns, remote-controlled toys (including drones), gongs and drums, tweeters, photography tripods, printed materials, promotional videos, banners involving politics, religion, business, etc. that violate relevant laws and regulations, and any other items that may cause harm or confusion.

Expired tickets will be invalid.

The park may temporarily change the opening hours of attractions or temporarily close any area, suspend or cancel theater performances without prior notice due to bad weather, park carrying capacity, health and safety needs or other necessary reasons. This is a force majeure event and no refund or compensation will be made.
