Essence, the buffet restaurant at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong, will launch the tempting "Oceanic Culinary Journey" Dinner Buffet from August 1 to September 30, 2025, inviting seafood lovers to embark on a luxurious culinary adventure. During this period, chefs will meticulously select around 30 types of fresh seafood, prepared with various innovative cooking methods, to present an extensive feast for diners to fully enjoy the bounty of the ocean. Every Friday to Sunday and on public holidays at 7 PM, the dinner highlight will be the live carving of whole Hamachi. The chef will skillfully slice fresh Japanese Hamachi on-site, known for its rich marbling and delicate, tender texture, offering a burst of sweet flavor with every bite. Additionally, guests can savor complimentary Baked Jumbo Oysters with Garlic Butter, plump and juicy, seemingly capturing the pure essence of the ocean.
