The Backstreet Boys (BSB) are an American vocal group, consisting of AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell.
BSB have sold over 100 million records worldwide, making them the best-selling boy band of all time, and one of the world’s best-selling music artists. They are the first boy band to have their first ten albums reach the top 10 on the Billboard 200. Their 2019 album DNA debuted at number one, more than two decades after the group was formed. In doing so they have achieved numerous milestones, including the second longest gap between number one albums on the Billboard 200 chart, at over 19 years, and being the first boy band to top the U.S. charts in three different decades.
Beginning on 11 May 2019, BSB will set off on the DNA World Tour, their biggest arena tour in 18 years. They will be performing all over Europe, North America, and Asia. The BSB DNA World Tour follows the release on their latest album “DNA”—the group’s 10th studio album which features songs written by Lauv (Charli XCX), Andy Grammer, Stuart Crichton (DNCE) and Mike Sabbath (J Balvin). “DNA” was released in January this year on RCA Records and debuted at No.1 on Billboard album chart.
