Terms & Condition

By completing your reservation and payment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions as set out herein.

The Playground Pass is valid only for travel activities product expressly listed in the product description at the time of purchase.

You are required to make advance reservations for your preferred visit date and time through the Traveloka application, subject to the booking period displayed in the app.

Reservation availability is subject to the capacity and operational policies of each travel activities product. Traveloka does not guarantee availability for any specific date or time. If a travel activities product is fully booked or unable to operate on the selected date for any reason, You agree to select an alternative available date within the validity period of the Playground Pass or another available activity within the same Playground Pass offering. No refund will be issued for partially redeemed Playground Passes.

Once a reservation has been successfully confirmed, the reservation date is final and cannot be modified, rescheduled, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

The Playground Pass is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the issuance date and will expire at 23:59 (local time of the User) on the 180th day. You must complete all reservations and schedule all visits within the 180-day validity period. Any unused entitlements after the expiry date will be forfeited without refund.

Once a reservation has been made and confirmed, the Playground Pass is no longer eligible for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling. Refunds are only permitted if the Playground Pass is still within its validity period and no reservations have been made.

Notwithstanding stated herein, You are also bound with the policy as stated in the relevant terms and conditions of your selected travel activities product. Some of the selected travel activities products may contain specific rules, operational policies, and safety, such as age restrictions, health conditions, dress codes, and safety regulations. Please review those terms and conditions carefully of each selected activity, before making a booking. By completing your booking reservation, You agree to comply with the respective terms and conditions, operational policies, and safety regulations. Failure to comply with the applicable rules or policies of an attraction may result in denial of entry without refund. In such cases, You agree not to make any refund claim against Traveloka or the attraction partner.

Some activities require booking a timeslot in advance. Please check the travel activities provider's official website or our page for the most up to date entry requirements.

All confirmed reservations are final and cannot be modified, canceled or refunded due to any circumstances.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Users acknowledge that Traveloka reserves the right to cancel the Playground Pass in the event of any misuse, fraud, or violations of these terms and conditions.

The Playground Pass is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The user agrees that any disruptions, unavailability, or changes to services or facilities included in the selected activity are the liability of the attraction partner.

By ordering the Playground Pass, the user acknowledges, understands, and agrees to fully comply with the terms and conditions established by Traveloka, which may be amended at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these terms and conditions periodically before ordering the Playground Pass.
