About Sentosa Merlion

The Merlion is a legendary icon visited by travellers to Singapore. A mythical creature with a lion’s head and the body of a fish, it serves as a guardian of prosperity and personifies the country’s history as an important seaport. The lion head depicts the folklore of Prince Sang Nila Utama’s discovery of lion (singa) and city (pura), while the fish tail symbolises the fishing village of Temasek, also known as sea town in Javanese.

Operating hours: 10:00 - 20:00, last admission at 19:30

COMBO: Sentosa Merlion + Singapore Cable Car Sky Pass

The Mount Faber line will be under maintenance from 16 to 22 September 2019, and will resume operations on 23 September 2019. During the said period, the Sentosa line service will continue as usual from 09:00 to 22:00 (last boarding at 21:30).

Meanwhile, the Sentosa line will be under maintenance from 23 to 29 September 2019, and will resume operations on 30 September 2019. During the said period, the Mount Faber line service will continue as usual from 09:00 to 22:00 (last boarding at 21:30).

Singapore Cable Car operating hours: 08:45 - 22:00 daily, last boarding at 21:30

Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

In cases of extreme weather conditions, operations will stop for the safety of guests and staff.

Warning

Children ages 12 and below must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Please note that combo passes, which are per person and cannot be shared, can be used either on the same day or on separate dates for both attractions.

Really good place, you get a souvenir if you come to inside, it's tell us story about Merlion symbol of singapore and you can see all the sentosa island from the top of the Sentosa Merlion mount and head

The attraction offered us a movie and a spot to see singapore centra business district for far. It was great. Also I exchanged my ticket for a token of luck from Merlion, it was unexpectedly bringing us lots of fortune

Saat di puncak Merlion Park saya menganga, membuat saya terheran-heran sekaligus berdecak kagum akan pemandangan yang sangat amat sangat indah sekali wow amazing benar-benar luar biasa dan saya mau lagi untuk membunyikan bellnya
