Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, parking fees, as well as a 3% service tax from Tour East Thailand.
Passengers must pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the Tour East Thailand staff or driver.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Passengers traveling from the airport must meet the Tour East Thailand staff at the pick-up location. Please refer to your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 2 hours after the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled and cannot be refunded.
For passengers who provide their valid flight numbers, Tour East Thailand guarantees extra waiting time in the case of flight delays. Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items in the Tour East Thailand vehicle. Dangerous items include but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Tour East Thailand vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Tour East Thailand service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from violations of the policy mentioned above.

Reschedule can only be done at the latest 24 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.

The amount of Benefits paid to the Insured Person is fully dependent on the policy of Tour East Thailand. Traveloka will not be held responsible for the amount paid to the Insured Person.
