The Open Trip will be followed by other participants that you may not know before, while the Private Tour will be followed by a group of participants that you have chosen yourself.

 During the tour, you are required to follow the itinerary and directions from the tour leader.

 Itineraries are subject to change due to external factors such as weather conditions, traffic conditions and other unpredictable circumstances.

 If you are not ready to be picked up at the time and location specified, the tour will depart without you and your booking will be considered forfeited. You can make a request to change the schedule based on the tour operator's approval and availability on the date you choose.

 Accommodation, transportation and meals are subject to change. The tour operator will replace it with a similar service/item based on availability, type and standard stated on the itinerary.

 You cannot choose accommodation based on personal preferences. The tour operator will select each accommodation based on availability, type and standard according to the itinerary.

 Menu and food options are subject to change based on availability.

 Checking the New Normal Protocol will be carried out by the dock/DisHub.

 The tour is run on New Normal terms (ship operates at 50% capacity).

 Participants from Jabodetabek must show ID cards and participants from outside Jabodetabek must show SIKM upon departure.

 Participants are required to wear masks during the tour and comply with the New Normal Protocol.

 Participants must implement physical distancing (maintaining physical distance from other people) upon arrival on the island, wash their hands with soap before and after eating, and use hand sanitizer after activities.

 It is recommended to use personal snorkeling equipment as a preventive measure.

 Participants are prohibited from bringing dangerous weapons, firearms, illegal drugs, and pets on this tour
