I was really disappointed when I bought eSIM through Traveloka. I received an email from Traveloka and followed the instructions to receive the eSIM activation code or something (I don't remember clearly because I went to Bali from May 23rd) but after I successfully entered my email, no eSIM was sent. I was careful so I did it again 2 more times according to the instructions that Traveloka sent via email but the result was still NOT receiving the eSIM. Because I was busy with many things and I decided to travel close to the date, I didn't have time to order a physical sim or buy another eSIM. Due to the nature of my work requiring Internet use, my husband and I had to buy a sim at the airport at a very high price, specifically $40, calculated at the dollar exchange rate at that time, it was > 1 million/sim.
