JR tickets operate under a registered system, with a very complicated booking process. Therefore, please ensure that you have provided the required information in order to make a purchase. Please bear in mind that Traveloka is not liable for any delays due to insufficient or incorrect information provided by travelers

Luggage Restrictions: Passengers may bring up to two pieces of luggage, excluding carry-ons and smaller bags, each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width, and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm

[Refund Policy] For any “EMCO redeemable vouchers” that have not been exchanged into an “Official Pass” you can apply for a refund within 11 months from the purchased date. However, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. Please ensure that you keep your vouchers safe as we cannot issue new passes or process refunds if passes are lost, stolen or partially used.

Pass Service Range Changes from 16 March:

Hokuriku Shinkansen: Change from [Kanazawa– Kurobe Unazuki Onsen] to [Tsuruga– Kurobe Unazuki Onsen]

Not applicable between Conventional Line Tsuruga and Kanazawa

New applicable trains: Hapi-Line Fukui (between Fukui and Echizen-Hanando) when using The Etsumi-Hoku Line

Applicable: Echizen Railway, Toyama Chihō Railway, and d Manyo Line

For travellers who purchased the pass before 15 March but wish to use the pass after 16 March (no surcharge):

The exchange is very easy at the machine at JR where tickets are sold. But the coverage area is not as stated in Traveloka. It does not reach Kyoto and Osaka. It is only between Kanazawa and Toyama and its surroundings. And it is very limited, for example, only non-reserved trains. So it is not recommended unless you want to go back and forth between Kanazawa and Toyama 5 times.
