Pelayanan di Ando & Yun Baywalk ramah! Dari yang jawab telp reservasi sampai mba Veena yang handle haircut. Cuma kayaknya better kalau kesini bukan di hari weekend. Kalau kata salah satu Masnya, weekend terutama dari sore akan rame, tapi pas minggu lalu katanya udah rame dari pagi. Sama haircut dan styling puas, mba Veena mau dengerin problem rambut kita dan dengan senang hati kasih solusi, meksipun dikejar waktu untuk customer lain. Next time kayaknya pengen coba treatment lainnya mereka

Staff ramah. Tdk membedakan pakai voucher atau langsung bayar di tempat. 1 masukan saja, biasakan sebelum memberikan treatment tambahan diinfokan bahwa treatment tsb dikenakan biaya lebih atau tidak. Contoh cushion setting kalau volume dikenakan biaya volumenya. Krn tdk semua customer menerima penambahan di akhir. Tp overall stylist + asisten ramah + gercep. Ga ada yg hanya duduk-duduk saja.
