Comment about how the tour vendor operate (Kili-Kili Adventure). - The bus was so small. My partner and I had no leg's room at all. The bus stopped so often and late. - Only 1 room available for male travelers. So, out of 12 people, 6 of them slept in the floor without proper mattress - 12 male travelers shared only 1 bathroom for shower and toilet - Not enough variation on menu/meals - Bad documentation (video, photo) - No organized activity in the 2nd day - Guide were unprofessional

Tidak terorganisir banget. Saya tidak paham fungsi tour guide disini apa, selain cuman kumpulin kita di bus sama bacain itinerary. Kemana-mana sendiri-sendiri, untung ketemu teman-teman di tour kalo ngga... saya bakal nyasar-nyasar kemana-mana. Tempat duduk di busnya gak nyaman, banget banget banget. Makanannya 3hari itu-itu aja. Keperluan tidur juga gak tepenuhi, sekamar bantal cuman 2 orangnya lebih dari 2. Sangat sangat tidak recommended
