To watch this Kecak dance, we need to buy another entrance ticket to the temple and can only buy it on the spot using cash (no cash transfer or card accepted) then this ticket can only be exchanged inside for the exchange process itself is fast but unfortunately the crowd control is very lacking. The entrance to the venue is very small there is no clear information for the queue so many people jostle and cut each other in line because there are no queue rules. There are no partitions for seating so sometimes there are people taking up space and latecomers have to sit on the stairs or floor near the stage.

It was fun. I was nervous to see so many monkeys roaming around. 🤣 But luckily, it was safe as long as I didn't bring any food. And they were easy to chase away.
