Overall it was okay but the officers seemed to take a long time because there were only 2 of them so the queuing process felt long even though it wasn't that crowded.

the place is quite spacious, clean and my child really likes it. It's just that there are no sand toys like in other kidzooona. But overall it's okay because the place is not too crowded so my child can enjoy it.
