The lady said "yes". Then I stepped back from the queue and bought it on the Traveloka application, arrived at the counter, processed the transaction, then the lady was shocked, she said I had to buy 2 tickets and get 1 free, I was shocked, why did the lady change again, finally with a grumpy face, the lady said "okay, it's okay, just come in ma'am", then I said how come, it doesn't seem sincere, okay I paid again, she said no need.
