Wow, my child's first experience at Kidzoona was very comfortable, my child felt at home.
The brothers and sisters are super friendly, the toys are cleaned regularly, there may be rules/restrictions on visitors so the playground is made as comfortable as possible, we can freely play there.

Second day in Jember playing here again. Because the day before my child played here almost all day, the staff had already introduced my child 😅. Very caring, alert, always maintains cleanliness.

2 days in Jember, 2x the children asked to play here and then used one day admission because they didn't want to go home . Played at Kidzoona Surabaya a few times, but Jember is by far the best in all aspects, from service, friendliness of staff, alertness, and willing to play together when children are seen playing alone 👍

The redeem process is rather long, the clerk is confused because the purchase of 1 voucher is usually valid for 1 visitor, I happened to buy a voucher for 3 children once. It needs to be prepared again, either from the clerk or selling vouchers on the travel, so that the redeem process is smooth
