The officer who served me at that time, I swear, was very, very unfriendly when asked, he was rude, I swear, it was annoying when I went in, all the officers were very friendly from the entrance to the inside, all were friendly except for the ticket section, at that time it was my first time here, before I even went in I already told my husband and child that this was our first and last time coming here,,,,

Overall it's ok, but if possible, the equipment for playing inside shouldn't be rented anymore, just include it in the ticket.

Playing here is fun with kids who really love playing slides. The rides available are also satisfying. There are only a few more items that must be rented/paid for separately. Overall nice.

It turns out it's really cold for a child, my child is allergic to the cold... because he doesn't wear a jacket.

It was really fun playing in the snow world, my son and I were really happy, the snow was so smooth, and we had to wear gloves when we went there.

This time it wasn't so fun because there was a birthday event there so I couldn't use the surfboard because it had been booked by the event so if I wanted to use it I had to wait until the event was over. My little sister got cold 😖 next time, please provide it for the public too if there's an event like that :)))

you can distinguish the place to pick up tickets that have been ordered on Traveloka and those that are just about to be ordered. I was about 15 minutes, queuing again, even though I had already bought tickets on Traveloka. for inside 3 rides, the staff are friendly. the place is very clean and well maintained. from the ticket entrance, shoe exchange is really good. there is a prayer room and toilet inside the ride. it's better to bring thick socks and jackets, if possible eat first and drink Tolak Angin/Antangin so you don't get a cold or flu quickly. we took pictures using our cellphones, there was also a photographer staff but unfortunately, he didn't take many photos, just in the ride. if you want to take files only, pay 400 thousand. take 3 printed photos 375 thousand plus all files and there are other packages that I don't remember. strange but true! I thought there would be snow falling, but there wasn't. there was a cold temperature of -5 degrees and ice to step on. I tried to hold the ice like shaved ice. The food prices are too high, cotton candy is 40 thousand per bowl (small portion), meatballs are 55 thousand per bowl, in my opinion the quality is like ordinary meatballs, not worth buying.
