Some staff are friendly and quite helpful, but why when exchanging tickets that come out of the machine for prizes, the rest is not given, but taken by the cashier. This is really strange. Even though it is the customer's right, it can be exchanged another time.

it's good... it only turns out that 1/2 voucher is for a game that issued a ticket, 1/2 a voucher for a game without a ticket So yeah... you could say it's a loss if you buy it but there are no small children
