The weather conditions will slightly affect the flower viewing period or maple viewing period. Please note that after the tour is confirmed, the tour will depart regardless of the flowering/foliage situation

The view of Mt. Fuji varies on weather conditions

This tour involves a lengthy transfer. Travelers are advised to use their discretion, and suppliers cannot be held liable for any medical emergencies

Children between 0–2 years old who do not occupy a seat can join free of charge

For the Korean-speaking guide itinerary, if there are fewer than 16 travelers, guests from other countries will join the group. In this case, the Korean-speaking service will still remain but the guide languages on board the bus will mainly be Chinese and Japanese

The Konohana no Yu hot spring is limited to itineraries C & D only, and the time at the Premium Outlets will be cut short

Important info on Konohana no Yu

No eating or drinking is allowed within Konohana no Yu

Refunds will be provided if Konohana no Yu is under maintenance or closed unexpectedly

For safety concerns, children under 3 years old and still wearing diaper are allowed to enter Konohana no Yu

According to Japanese customs, visitors with tattoos are not permitted to enter the hot spring facilities. However, patches to cover tattoos are available for purchase on-site (6x10cm, JPY300 per piece)

The provided itinerary includes an estimated arrival time, but traffic conditions are unpredictable. It's advisable not to schedule any activities for that evening

In the event of trip termination due to force majeure factors like weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on actual expenses incurred. Only return transportation or local accommodation expenses and other additional costs must be refunded, which is the responsibility of the passenger

Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate

During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour

If you wish to acess Konohana no Yu, please note that the itinerary is subject to change based on the traffic on the day so please book itinerary A, B, or E (without public bath) and inform the tour leader/staff on the day. The staff will assist in inquiring the availability and the booking of the bathhouse. Those who purchase itinerary C or D will not be refunded the price difference if booking a bathhouse on site

Bus seating will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding

During the autumn foliage season from November 1 to November 23, Oishi Park will be excluded from the itinerary and replaced with a visit to the Lake Kawaguchi Maple Corridor.

From 1 August 2025, the popular photo spot Lawson Convenience Store will be added into the itinerary and the time at other attractions will be adjusted.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to the meeting time

The guide was nice and helpful. However I was not prepared to be merged into a Chinese group while having booked the English tour. It was super hot and cloudy that day so I couldn’t see much of Fujisan.

We had a wonderful land tour to Mt. Fuji, Lake Kawaguchiko, Oshino Hakkai, and Gotemba Premium Outlets. The weather was clear, offering stunning views of Fuji. Lake Kawaguchiko was peaceful and scenic, perfect for photos. Oshino Hakkai felt like a step back in time with its traditional village charm and crystal-clear spring water-highly recommend the takoyaki! Gotemba was a fun shopping stop with Fuji views and great deals. The tour was well-paced, the guide was friendly, and transportation was smooth.

tour departs online and the journey is comfortable. Very comfortable because you don't have to change public transportation when you have to move to another location. The price is also very reasonable, especially during peak season, it is difficult to get public transportation.

The guide was very helpful. Yesterday I had to choose the Chinese language because the English one was sold out. It turned out that the guide was also fluent in English, he explained it personally to me after he finished explaining it to the other participants. The tour schedule was right on time, the bus accommodation was also good. It was a shame it was cloudy when we went there. Suggestions: It's better to be on time if you choose this tour, otherwise you'll be left behind

We were guided by tour leader miss Chen. She explained well about Lake Kawaguchi, Oshino, and Gotemba. Chen is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese. The driver of KKLand 2324 was also friendly. They worked well together. At Lake Kawaguchi, Chen gave ice cream to this kind driver. Overall this tour was good. The only thing missing was that Mt. FUJI was hidden behind the clouds.
