the driver was very friendly. will be good if the ticket voucher can be updated to reflect that QR code can be used instead of looking for an outdoor booth to take physical tickets as all the available booths were confused with the ticket redemption and thought I was buying their tickets.

The bus offers a very comfortable ride, ensuring a pleasant journey to your destination. Initially, I had planned to proceed directly to Dongseoul Bus Terminal. However, I decided to make a spontaneous change and indulge in some shopping at Lotte World Mall before boarding the bus. This decision eliminated the hassle of carrying luggage and transferring between subways, allowing for a relaxing and convenient travel experience. In hindsight, I regret not utilizing the bus service for my return trip to the airport.
