For the check-in process it is rather difficult because it uses a machine and I don't understand. But helped by the counter there to help print the ticket. For a matter of time, leave and return on time.

Easy to redeem the voucher... Just approach the ticket counter at the KTX station and choose the schedule. The staff usually can understand English too.

Korail pass bisa digunakan utk kreta api antar kota seperti ke busan-seoul, seoul-High1 resort dan optional berlaku sesuai tanggal. Namun tidak bs digunakan utk subway/MRT

Sangat gampang digunakan, hanya menunjukkan voucher saja, passport tdk diminta, hanya saja tidak bisa booking seat. Jadi kalau pas penuh duduk terpisah-pisah, disarankan cepat ganti tiketnya agar bisa duduk bersama

Jujur saya bingung di sana gak ada pemeriksaan sm sekali padahal saya udah print out semua tiket yg sebelumnya saya udah pilih seat dulu. Jd berasa gak ada fungsi beli korail passnya karena gak ada pemeriksaan sama sekali.

Very easy to use. Can easily change seat number at counter as well.. Much cheaper compared to counter price. Had a good time and saved us much time from Seoul to Busan.

Print out ticket then redeem at the counter, the service very extra and well done. They give us face to face seats.

It's so easy to use this pass, just show this pass on the ktx ticket counter and book your 2 ticket per day, but it's unlimited to get standing ticket...

Perjalanan ke Busan jadi mudah banget. Kalo beli di tempat biasanya sudah sold out apalagi jika beli pas weekend.

I feel we don't get enough instruction when using this pass. I bought 2 day, intentionally buying this for going to Busan and to get back to Seoul. Turns out we need to reserve our seat first to get the seat number. Unfortunately we just go to the station without knowing that we can do the reservation online. In the station the ticket counter told us that all of the seat are booked. We still manage to use this pass for going to Busan, because all of the seat are booked we sit on the floor.

Easy to exchange, the train is very clean and comfortable, and the price is cheaper if you buy here, especially with promo.

Korail saver pass 2 flexible days dengan extra diskon korea autumn jadi lumayan hemat. Setelah pembayaran terverifikasi, sistem akan memproses pesanan dan menerbitkan kode booking via email. 30 hari sebelum hari keberangkatan sudah bisa reservasi kursi. Kunjungi website korail, masukkan 16 digit kode booking, isi tanggal keberangkatan, kemudian reservasi jam keberangkatan dan reservasi kursi. Memang tidak murah, tapi karena kepraktisannya, paket ini layak direkomendasikan.
