In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Please note that the driver will not accompany you into the attractions, nor will you provide guided tours.

Please take your passport and valuables with you during the journey and keep them properly. If lost, stolen or damaged, please bear responsibility yourself.

Participants who are late or do not show up at the meeting point at the designated time will not be refunded.

Gangchon Rail Bike will be rideable at one of three stations: Kim Yujeong Station, Gapyeong Station, or Gyeonggang Station, depending on local weather or traffic or on-site conditions.

The order of the tour schedule may change depending on regional weather and traffic conditions.

Zipwire: Participants must be between 140cm to 200cm in height and weigh between 35kg to 100kg. Those who are below or above the height/weight requirements will not be allowed to ride. Height and weight measurements are strictly enforced on-site. (Only one person per ride is allowed, and children who do not meet the weight requirement are also prohibited from riding with adults.)

Vehicles are arranged based on the final number of people in the group. If you need luggage storage, please ask the travel agency after booking. Please note: Even if luggage can be stored, the driver and tour guide are not responsible for assisting in safekeeping. The responsibility for lost items lies with the customer himself.

Package K will arrange a Hanbok experience in Nami Island.

The hanbok provided in package K is the store’s basic hanbok. If you need advanced hanbok or other levels of hanbok, please consult the store on site.

Nari Park packages are seasonal flower season activities. The flowering period can only be predicted but the condition of the flowers cannot be accurately known. If the condition of the flower is not satisfactory, no refund will be requested.

All our travel itineraries do not include personal traveler insurance. Outdoor activities present specific risks and hazards. Guests should assess their own health and abilities. The Company is not responsible for bodily injury or loss caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.

From April 1 - 25, rail biking will be arranged at Gapyeong Station or Gyeonggang Station. There are cherry blossom trees along both routes. The blooming conditions of the cherry blossoms may vary due to weather changes and cannot be guaranteed to be in full bloom. The actual scenery depends on weather conditions at the time

tour guide was excellent we even managed to arrive back at Seoul earlier than expected (1 hour earlier compared to itinerary. maybe there was not much traffic as it was a weekday.) the only complain I have was that there wasn't sufficient time to for each destination (?) for example, we were allocated an hour to go nami island. in this hour, we also had to take the 2 way ferry so we couldn't cover much on the island

Danny, our tour guide, gave us an enriching experience. He reached out a day earlier, informing us of the details of the car he'd pick us up in, which put our minds at ease. He’s also an excellent driver, and every schedule was on time. Both my mother and I had an amazing time under his care since he was attentive to our needs as Muslims, recommending options of halal restaurants to drop us by during rest hours and drop-off points. Overall, we were thankful and glad to have joined this trip. Love it!
