Quality lunch, full itinerary according to schedule matching the estimated time to complete the tour in a day. If anyone has not had the opportunity to go and does not have much time to go to Phong Nha, this tour is a reasonable choice. The enthusiastic tour guide speaks Vietnamese and English for everyone because the tour includes both Vietnamese and foreigners.

If the morning pick-up process could be improved a bit, it would be great.
In just 1 day, you can go from Hue, experience Phong Nha and return, adding to the family experience.

My family went on the Phong Nha tour and was quite satisfied with the organization. The tour guide proactively called in advance and picked us up on time at the hotel. Throughout the trip, the guide was very polite, attentive, proactive in asking questions and offering to take pictures for the guests. Even though my family did not need an interpreter, the guide still introduced us in both English and Vietnamese to ensure everyone could follow along easily. Overall, the tour was professionally organized, with good service attitude and pleasant from start to finish.
