I booked a ticket on Traveloka on the wrong day (it was my fault so I can't blame you) but when I arrived at Vin Safari, I asked the staff here if they could help me change the ticket or something? The staff called (probably to the boss) and then instructed me: - Buy a new ticket. - Do not post the password for the ticket you bought by mistake (because Vin will refund the money) - Vin will take the order code information that I booked by mistake and report it to Vin's sales department, then Vin will contact Traveloka to refund the money to me. => the result is that I contacted Traveloka and they said they did not receive any information. No refund. The problem here is that if Vin cannot resolve/doesn't want to resolve, just say it from the beginning so I can go and re-pass (it's okay for the price) rather than losing everything.

Amazing experience overall. What a beautiful theme park. The shows are amazing. The Aqua World and the mermaid show was captivating. And the peak event at 7:00 PM is just unbelievable. I got goosebumps watching it, especially at the final part.

some rides are not operational due to bad weather. only indoor and sea aquarium (The seashell) where the Giant Turtle , manage to book deep sea restaurants. food is alright. no free seating. either you upgrade premium meal worth 1.5 M VD per pax or buy a souvenir 400k to get close up. Timing for fish feeding is 1500hrs. mermaid 🧜‍♂️ 🧜‍♀️ show 1600hrs. View is not from restaurant, need to walk out to main entrance, for the mermaid show. good luck, crazy crowd

Things I would recommend to try at Vinwonders Phu Quoc and Vinpearl Safari: 1. I arrived at Safari at 9am, strolled around for about 30 minutes and then started looking for a suitable seat at 9:30am to wait for the Bird show at 10am, it was very crowded, if you come late you can only stand far from the stage to watch 2. The Safari bus in the wildlife park is a must-try activity. You can see wild animals at a very close range that you absolutely do not have the chance to try outside the park 3. The beautiful castle at Vinwonders reminds me of Disneyland castle but it is much easier to take nice photos without worrying about the crowd 4. The aquarium called Cung Dien Hai Vuong is shaped like a turtle and has a wonderful mermaid show at 2pm. However, if you are going to the show, make sure you arrive as early as possible to find a seat, otherwise there is no way for you to get the best view because the crowd is unpredictable 5. Around 6pm, you can go back to the castle area to find a seat and wait for the Once show to start, you don't have to sit as close to the stage as possible, within a 10 meter radius is fine I had a memorable trip at Vinpearl and so will you❤️

It was so much fun, going to the 2-day combo & teddy bear museum requires careful time planning to visit everything, because I couldn't visit everything. Watching the water music show at VinWonders was so great.

If you go in the morning, there will be a very good bird show, especially with a lot of useful information for children. After the show, take a walk around and you will see the animals being fed. If you go by car to see the tigers and giraffes, the waiting time will be a bit long. If you go in the early afternoon, most of the children will be asleep.

The ticket conversion process to enter the buffet took a while because there was a ticket for the elderly. I don't know if the restaurant must have a different control method for the elderly ticket or if the system had a problem, but it took quite a while to wait. Suggestion: When issuing electronic tickets, Traveloka should put the children/elderly tickets separately (either on top or at the bottom) so that the ticket inspector can easily control them. My group of 17 people, including 3 elderly people, had mixed up the electronic tickets, so the ticket inspectors were confused and had difficulty controlling them.

Suitable for families with young children or the elderly, wildlife and many areas that allow children to interact directly with animals, there is also a very interesting bird show. Vinsafari is a destination worth trying when coming to Phu Quoc.

You shouldn't go to Safari and Vinwonder in the same day because you won't get much experience! You also shouldn't buy a buffet ticket, the food is terrible. Just buy a Vinwonder ticket and go there for lunch to eat at some cheap restaurants, take advantage of the time to play many games and take pictures. At 1:30, remember to go to the Aquarium to reserve a seat to watch the mermaid show, at 6:00, go to the big square to reserve a seat to watch the water music because it's incredibly crowded.
