Located about 45 Km from Makassar downtown, Bantimurung – Bulusaraung National Park is an ecotourism place with limestone hills, caves, and waterfalls as its assets. First discovered by a British botanist, Alfred Russel Wallace, this park is locally known as Babul National Park and the home to at least 250 species of butterflies, which explains the use of butterfly as its main icon.
