Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 4, formerly known as the Manila Domestic Passenger Terminal, is the oldest among the four operating terminals of NAIA.

Built in 1948, it hosts domestic flights operated by local airlines and has 26 check-in desks.

Although NAIA Terminal 4 has only one level, you can still find several restaurants and shops there.

Additionally,jet bridges are not available at the terminal, thus passengers usually walk to and from the aircraft.

COVID-19 Safety Measures to Manila

As part of adapting to the new normal we have now, specific measures were put in place for those entering Manila:

Fully vaccinated visitors must:

Provide a negative RT-PCR test result taken no more than 48 hours prior to departure from their country of origin, or a negative laboratory-based Antigen test taken no more than 24 hours prior to departure from their country of origin;

Provide proof of vaccination;

Conduct self-monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms up until 7 days after their arrival.

Fully vaccinated visitors will be exempted from any quarantine requirements.

Unvaccinated, partially vaccinated or unverified visitors must:

Provide a negative RT-PCR test result taken no more than 48 hours prior to departure from their country of origin, or a negative-laboratory-based Antigen test taken within the first 24 hours prior to departure from their country of origin;

Undergo a mandatory facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative result;

Conduct self-monitoring for any signs of COVID-19 in their system.

Where is NAIA Terminal 4 Located?

Situated along Domestic Road in Pasay City, Metro Manila, NAIA Terminal 4 is within driving distance of several banks, fast-food chains, and other commercial establishments.

Travel time to NAIA terminal 4 from the Makati Central Business District and Manila may around 20 and 50 minutes, respectively.

How to Get to NAIA Terminal 4

1. By Car

From the Villamor Exit:

After taking the Villamor exit ramp, continue driving past NAIA Terminal 3 and Resorts World Manila. Then, drive onto the Rotunda monument.

Upon reaching another rotunda (it has a Petron station in front of it), take the left exit. You will eventually find NAIA Terminal 4.

2. By Public Transport

By MRT:

Take the MRT line and alight at the EDSA-Taft station. You can find a shuttle terminal beside it.

By Bus:

Passengers may also take city buses going the EDSA-MIA route. It will take you to either Terminal 1 or 2. From there, you can take the airport shuttle to take you to NAIA Terminal 4.
