Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 4, formerly known as the Manila Domestic Passenger Terminal, is the oldest among the four operating terminals of NAIA.
Built in 1948, it hosts domestic flights operated by local airlines and has 26 check-in desks.
Although NAIA Terminal 4 has only one level, you can still find several restaurants and shops there.
Additionally,jet bridges are not available at the terminal, thus passengers usually walk to and from the aircraft.
As part of adapting to the new normal we have now, specific measures were put in place for those entering Manila:

Situated along Domestic Road in Pasay City, Metro Manila, NAIA Terminal 4 is within driving distance of several banks, fast-food chains, and other commercial establishments.
Travel time to NAIA terminal 4 from the Makati Central Business District and Manila may around 20 and 50 minutes, respectively.
From the Villamor Exit:
After taking the Villamor exit ramp, continue driving past NAIA Terminal 3 and Resorts World Manila. Then, drive onto the Rotunda monument.
Upon reaching another rotunda (it has a Petron station in front of it), take the left exit. You will eventually find NAIA Terminal 4.
By MRT:
Take the MRT line and alight at the EDSA-Taft station. You can find a shuttle terminal beside it.
By Bus:
Passengers may also take city buses going the EDSA-MIA route. It will take you to either Terminal 1 or 2. From there, you can take the airport shuttle to take you to NAIA Terminal 4.

NAIA Terminal 4 caters to domestic and regional flights by Cebgo and other non-international airlines:
Before entering NAIA Terminal 4, have your passport and ticket ready to present to the guard.
You will then go through the X-ray section where you and your luggage will be inspected. Once cleared, you may proceed to thecheck-in counter.
Proceed to your designated check-in counter where you may pick out your seat and/or drop off your luggage.
You will then be given your boarding pass which will show your gate number, seat and flight details.
Once again, you will have to go through an inspection, your bag through the x-ray machine and you going through the metal detector.
Once cleared, you may proceed to the waiting area. Make sure you listen for gate changes or for any other announcements regarding your flight.
Once it is safe to step off the plane, you can go straight to the baggage claim are to collect your luggage. You may then exit the terminal.
