About Pulau Ubin accommodation
Pulau Ubin is one of Singapore's last rustic "kampung" (village)-style islands, reached by a short bumboat ride from Changi Point. It's genuinely a day-trip destination rather than an overnight base for most visitors — the draw is cycling the island's dirt trails, exploring the Chek Jawa Wetlands at low tide, and seeing a slower, greener side of Singapore that's largely disappeared from the mainland.
Where to Stay near Pulau Ubin
Traveloka currently lists one property actually on the island, Celestial Ubin Beach Resort, though availability can be limited. Most visitors instead base themselves on the mainland at Changi or Pasir Ris, both a short bumboat ride from the Pulau Ubin jetty, and make Pulau Ubin a day trip.
