Black Friday is almost here, and that means one thing: cheap Virgin Australia flights are on the way. Whether you're planning a weekend away or a long-haul escape, this is one of the best chances all year to snap up low fares. Virgin Australia hasn’t dropped the full sale yet, but Black Friday doesn’t officially land until 28 November 2025. We’re expecting the deals to roll out any day now, and we’ll update this page as soon as they drop.

Too early for the main event? No worries. Virgin Australia’s already kicked things off with some cheeky early Black Friday deals, offering up to 25% off flights from New South Wales.

Travel dates run from March to September 2026, but don’t expect much over school holidays. Book by 23 November 2025 to lock in these fares.

The lowest Virgin Australia's prices have gone lately is AU$49, and we'd love to see fares dip below this. AU$39 or AU$45 flights would be a really enticing offer that competes more with Jetstar'a flight prices.

When it comes to international fares, Virgin's flight prices to the Pacific Islands and Bali can get very competitive. Sub-$400 flights to any of these destinations would certainlly put Virgin's sale on teh map.
