How to Submit Special Requests

You can submit any special requests during the booking process. Simply follow these steps:

1. On the homepage, tap Car Rental. Fill in the details, including rental city, date and pick-up time, and tap Search Car. Select the car that suits you, fill in your pick-up and drop-off locations, and tap Continue.

2. Review your rental summary, then, tap Book Now to proceed. Fill in the Contact Details and the Traveler Details. Under the Car Rental Special Requests section, click Add a Special Request to fill in any requests or preferences you may have such as odd or even license plate number, car charger, or baby car seat. Tap Save to submit your special request. Check the box to agree with the Terms & Conditions. Tap Continue, and then proceed with payment. 

If you need to make a special request after you’ve made your booking, please contact the provider directly. You can find your rental provider’s contact details on your e-ticket in My Booking and email.
