Refunds can be requested through the Traveloka account used during booking. Once you are logged in, go to My Booking, click Can Be Refunded, then click on the Refund button to start filing for a refund. You can learn more about submitting a refund request by visiting the Refund tab.

For refunds on payments made in stages, please note that the deposit is always non-refundable. If the full payment has not been completed, the outstanding balance will be deducted from the total refundable amount. To view your final refund amount, follow the instructions provided above.

• 91 - 48 days before sailing: 30% of full cabin fare
• 47 - 32 days before sailing: 50% of full cabin fare
• 31 - 17 days before sailing: 70% of full cabin fare
• 16 days before sailing: 100% (Non-refundable)
• No-shows or cancellations without prior written notice are non-refundable.

A cancellation fee of 100% of full cabin fare per Guest will be imposed for non-refundable promotion fares and sailings classified as "peak sailings".
