To check your refund status on the Traveloka website, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Traveloka account.
2. Click on your account on the top right hand corner, and click Booking.
3. Choose the booking whose refund status you want to check, then click Details.
4. In the Booking Details section, click Request Refund.
5. Under Refund History, click See Details and you will be able to see your refund status.
Things to note:
To check your airline’s refund policy, go to https://www.traveloka.com/en/refund, click Airline Policy, and click your airline.
Flights
- Indonesia: within 14 working days (not including weekends, collective leaves, and public holidays)
- Other countries: within 30 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)
Hotel
- Indonesia: within 5 working days (not including weekends, collective leaves, and public holidays)
- Other countries: within 5 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)
