How to Check My Refund Status

To check your refund status on the Traveloka website, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Traveloka account.
2. Click on your account on the top right hand corner, and click Booking.

3. Choose the booking whose refund status you want to check, then click Details.

4. In the Booking Details section, click Request Refund.

5. Under Refund History, click See Details and you will be able to see your refund status.

Things to note:

  • Please be informed that for flight refunds, the amount you receive will depend on the airline’s policy, your reason for refund, and the gap between the date of refund request and the date of your departure.

To check your airline’s refund policy, go to https://www.traveloka.com/en/refund, click Airline Policy, and click your airline.

  • When your refund process is completed, you will be notified by email. You refund will be transferred back to the payment method you used for booking. Please check your relevant account.
  • Refund will be processed once your refund request has been approved by the airline or hotel. Please note that the processing time varies between products and countries, as detailed below:

Flights
- Indonesia: within 14 working days (not including weekends, collective leaves, and public holidays)
- Other countries: within 30 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)

Hotel
- Indonesia: within 5 working days (not including weekends, collective leaves, and public holidays)
- Other countries: within 5 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)
