Easy Reschedule is subject to the Traveloka Rescheduling Fee of up to IDR 15,000 / MYR 5 / SGD 2 / THB 50 / VND 25,000 / PHP 60 / AUD 2 / EUR 1.5 / USD 1.5 per reservation. Additional charges from the hotel may also apply.

Please note that if the total price of your new booking (inclusive of the reschedule fees) is higher than the total price of your previous booking, you would also need to pay the difference. However, if the total price of your new booking (inclusive of the reschedule fees) is lower than the total price of your original booking, the difference will be returned to you through the credit card you used to make the booking or through bank transfer.

For Indonesian users who made their payments through PayLater and UANGKU Balance, the difference will be returned to the respective methods.
