One of the most helpful hotels we have ever stayed in. Really went out of their way for us on several occasions. Breakfast is fabulous. The hotel itself is clean and to a good European standard. Easy access to the tram that takes you into town and close enough to the airport, and they provide a free airport shuttle.

Hotel was bad. Key of room wasnt working everytime one of the reception had to go up to open the room for one entire week like that. I hope next time they will fix all their problems.

Service sympathique mais parfois les agents de sécurité ignorants et désagréables ne doivent pas travailler à la réception. Internet ne fonctionne pas, à aucun des étages. C est super la navette de et vers l aéroport. Ça serait mieux si vous preniez le numéro de vol et le nom pour attendre. Sinon on est perdu lors de notre première visite.
