Sheraton Annaba Hotel

Large clean rooms, great breakfast, good location.

Staycation here while visiting my husband’s family. Check in: arrived at 2:15pm to check in and was told we had to wait until 3:00pm on the dot. A bit weird but we agreed. At 2:55pm, my husband went to the desk to start the process as we were eager to get settled, was told they weren’t ready yet 😵‍💫. Ended up getting into the room around 3:20pm. Room service: at 3:30 I ordered room service. Some items were not available. So we ordered 2 club sandwiches (which came with fries ) plus an extra order of fries for my son. Sandwiches arrived at 4:45, extremely cold and with no fries! The bread was hard as if the sandwiches had been waiting to be delivered. They arrived with a small bowl of fries for my son at 5:30, which were also freezing cold. Dinner at feast: We opted for half board so we had dinner in the hotel buffet. Quality was extremely bad. It didn’t begin until 7:30pm and we arrived at that time but food was cold even though it just began. Not all food was ready and we had to wait a bit for them to finish setting up. Breakfast: excellent! All items cooked fresh and served warm! Pool: small but nice for small children. Atmosphere is good music is good as well. Cafe on site. We returned to our room after a long morning in the sun to find no AC! We called 3 times within a. 4 hour period before deciding to go to the lobby and speak with someone. Was fixed after dinner. For a Sheraton the quality is just not as it should be, however for Annaba, it is a great start.

Staff very helpful and friendly and clean I would’ve liked to have a dip in the pool but was close for maintenance for the week I was there apart from that breakfast excellent i definitely recommend

The staff treated us like royalty and our room was big and very clean. The bed especially had great linens that felt very clean and crisp. Thanks!

I was shocked with extreme low service and health standards !!! The smoking smell filled everywhere!! Even in restaurant & bed rooms!!! everywhere!! I have been to many Sheraton hotels around the world but the one in Annabah was the worst!!! No care for visitors’ health, I was ill and got even more sick with smoking smell everywhere.

Sheraton Annaba Hotel will be definitely my next stay in Algeria. I liked their high class service and kind hospitality. All hotel's staffs were so friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank all of them and in person I'd like to thank these people for their unusual help and kindness and they are: Nacib, Rachida, karim, zaher, and that person from the Cameroon(I forgot his name) I'd like as well to extend my thanks to the room service staff and in person to chemsou, aamir, layal and shahinaz for their unlimited help and support. I can't deny also to thank all security people in the hotel for being nice and helpful with me and in person I'd like to thank Mr. Abderezak( such a wonderful man ). Special salute to the guys in the two bars in this hotel for their high level service and support. Finally I strongly recommend everyone to put (Sheraton Annaba Hotel) in their favourite trip list whenever they are in this Lovely Country with friendly people(ALGERIA)❤

Fantastic hotel, welcoming friendly and professional staff. Excellent facilities and very clean rooms. The hotel is in good location being in the city centre yet tranquil and close to the beach. Very good security system making you feel very safe indeed. The service is great too. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Annaba. My son and I stayed there 2 nights at the start of Sept 2017. I traveled all around the world on business regularly for over 25 years and I stayed in many hotels. I can confidently say the Sheraton at Annaba was one of my best experiences staying at hotels. Well done to everyone at the Sheraton , Annaba, Algeria.

Our Stay was great, Mehdi at reception looked after us at a very high standard. food was delicious and we will surely come back and recommend to all our friends.

Excellent séjour au Sheraton Annaba . L’hôtel offre un cadre somptueux avec une grande qualité de service . La chambre est magnifique et très spacieuse avec une splendide vue sur la vieille ville et la mer . La nourriture y est excellente.L’ensemble de L’hôtel est extrêmement propre . Le personnel est très professionnel et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Manque d hygiène dans les chambres moquette salle mais le personnels ett au top tres a ecoute

The hotel itself is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The ordinary cleanings are done to the highest standards but the extraordinary ones shall be improved. The biggest bummer is that they throw parties pretty much every night and the music is very loud and can be heard from the rooms even at the 12th floor, didn't get a great sleep. Loved the staff and the customer attention, floor managers pass frequently to provide you refill to any amenities needed.

Bel hôtel mais check-in extrêmement long ! Déçus par le buffet du petit déjeuner ainsi que du dîner (peu de choix le soir) qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel Sheraton. Restaurant italien correct. Nous étions toujours « poursuivis » après les repas pour le paiement (comme si on allait partir sans payer). Un peu de discrétion serait le bienvenu.
