Alto Andino property and staff were excellent. Many staff members spoke excellent English, furthermore, they were friendly and helpful. One of the staff members volunteered without asking to assist us complete an online form that was in Spanish to visit one of the national parks. The breakfast included was excellent. Very clean and modern property. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

Well located, good breakfast, beautiful view, rooms were very small.
Angie at the front desk was a superstar! Super nice and helpful, always greeting everyone with a big smile and an endless willingness to help with anything. She made our stay.

No details on wifi were provided to me on check in. Prior to turning up, I was told I could pay the accomodation in USD cash, but on checkin they wouldnt do it & only took credit card.

Perfect location, comfy room, and amazing views! The rooftop terrace was lovely as well. It was only two blocks from my luggage storage place I needed to get to for my cruise which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our accommodations and the beautiful breakfast room at the top ! It was convenient to town although it is located on a hill. There are quite a few steps down to the Main Street if you have a mobility issue. We loved the stay there!
