This hotel is like an island - the hotel is really nice, but it's in the middle of nowhere, between the town of Villa Maria and the freeway; and the neighborhood right next to the hotel is really run-down, but you don't see it. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was totally functional. Also, the hotel had a restaurant attached to the hotel, which was a great bonus as we were there during a very ugly thunderstorm. The dinner food was OK, not great, but the service was very nice and friendly; breakfast was in the restaurant too, and was also OK. The best part was the service overall - very welcoming and friendly.

From the first moment, we felt very welcome. The staff including Nicolas, Andrea and many others were great. Helpful with directions around town, ideas for where to eat, to helping solve a few travel issues, the staff was great. The rooms were newer and very clean, well laid out.

El hotel es muy lindo, pero en la habitación no hay un espejo lo suficientemente grande como para verte completo. la mampara de la bañera es fija y si usas las ducha sale toda el agua hacia afuera y no nos habían puesto alfombra de baño. El Chek in, si bien se sabía era a la 14hs no nos dejaron permanecer en el lobby, aún sabiendo que habíamos viajado mucho, aguardamos afuera desde las 8am. Cuando limpiaron la habitación, tuvimos que pedir toallas, ya que nos dejaron solo una y no nos repusieron el jabón. El desayuno tuvo huevos 2 días y al 3ro (domingo)preguntamos y nos dijeron "No, hoy no" solo fruta y bollería, la única fuente de proteína era queso feta... La carta del restaurant muy acotada, pero rica comida y buen precio. El personal muy amable.
